FIRST SHOW REPORT
- The SERI which has been held successfully from the 5th to the 7th of June at Paris-Expo exhibition centre, Porte de Versailles (hall 5) has been providing answers to the major challenges facing the world and which were the keynote of the fair and the conferences programme as well (103 conferences dealing with research topics have been held during the show).
- In 4 years, The European Research & Innovation Fair has become a unique European meeting place gathering all R&D – R&I actors allowing them to network and develop public/private projects.
- The total exhibition surface was 14,850 Sq.m.
- The SERI attracts more and more qualified visitors and is becoming a not to be missed international event. Indeed, we had 15 countries represented such as Germany, Belgium, Egypt, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Luxemburg, Malta, Romania, United States, Switzerland, Great Britain and Russia.
- During 3 days we have welcomed 25,248 visitors (a 4% increase compared to the 2007’s edition) who came to check out all the market trends and innovations showcased by our 360 exhibitors (public organizations, industrial companies, regions, countries pavilions, higher education, consulting services …)and in addition to attend our conferences (103 conferences have been organized).
- Major TV & Radio Medias have broadcasted some of the many different Innovations and innovative technologies impacting daily life that have been showcased at the exhibition. Please find hereunder all the relevant links:
