Renewable energies in the Carnot network: an answer to the needs of society

Several Carnot Institutes are looking at the subject of renewable energies, one of them even dedicates all its activities to this field. The entire issue is therefore covered: energy sources, storage systems, converters, energy distribution and use are dealt with within the framework of a multi-disciplinary approach. Research benefits from the presence of many technological platforms and is mainly aimed at the following sectors: transport, habitat and nomadic energy microsources.
